Planner for People
A gentle planner for your days
Planner for People helps you shape your days without scolding you for the ones that do not go to plan. It holds your projects and tasks, builds day plans around protected time and a hard stop, keeps daily check-ins and a plain record of how each day went, and plans meals and groceries too. Its one rule: everything it shows should be comforting and encouraging. A plan that did not happen is information for tomorrow, not a verdict.

What it does
Projects and tasks
Nest projects as deep as you like. Tasks can carry an estimate, an energy level, due dates, repeats and the tasks they wait on.
Day plans
Your day is built around protected time and a hard stop. Pick a sprint, normal, low or off day, and re-plan the rest of the day whenever you need to.
Check-ins and the evidence ledger
Note your energy, mood and a few words. A plain ledger records how each day really went. There are no streaks to break.
Meals and groceries
Keep recipes, plan meals, log food with calories, and turn your plan into a grocery list.
The NOPE bomb
Some days are too much. Drag the bomb onto today and the whole day is cleared and saved. Press "Bring the day back" to restore it.
App locks (iPhone only)
Group apps into lock sets that rest during work blocks, protected time or meals. It uses Apple's Screen Time, and nothing leaves the phone.
The watch app
See the block running now and the time left. Mark it Done, Set aside or Not today in one tap, or check in with two.
The Talk button
Tap "Talk to Claude" or "Ask" and the app writes a short hand-off note, then opens the assistant app you chose in Settings.
Your assistant can help
The app has no AI rules of its own. It offers facts and accepts commands, and an assistant you connect does the thinking in your own conversation. Through the connector, an assistant such as Claude can read today and the week, offer day plans for you to pick from, add and update projects and tasks, re-plan the rest of a day, plan meals and build grocery lists. Support for ChatGPT and Grok is being added and is not yet verified. The connector never stores your conversation. Read the connector docs to set it up. You stay in charge: turn off the "Claude connector" switch in Settings and the assistant's access ends at once.
