Planner for People connector

The connector lets the assistant you use work with your own Planner for People planner. This page shows how to connect it, how pairing works and what it can do.

What it does

With the connector, your assistant can read today’s context and your week, propose day plans for you to pick from, add and update projects and tasks, mark blocks done, re-plan the rest of a day, plan meals, record food and build grocery lists. The app has no AI rules of its own. It offers facts and accepts commands, and the assistant does the thinking in your conversation.

What you need

Planner for People is in private development today. You can read more on the Planner for People page.

Connect your assistant

Every assistant uses the same connector address:

https://pfp-connector-151446722284.us-west1.run.app/mcp

Connect from Claude

In Claude, open Settings → Connectors and add a custom connector with the URL https://pfp-connector-151446722284.us-west1.run.app/mcp. Then follow the pairing steps.

Connect from ChatGPT

ChatGPT support is being added and is not yet verified.

In ChatGPT, add a custom connector with the URL https://pfp-connector-151446722284.us-west1.run.app/mcp. Then follow the pairing steps.

Connect from Grok

Grok support is being added and is not yet verified.

Go to grok.com/connectors, choose New Connector → Custom, and enter the URL https://pfp-connector-151446722284.us-west1.run.app/mcp. Then follow the pairing steps.

Pairing

When you add the connector, your assistant opens a consent page. It shows an 8-character code in the form XXXX-XXXX and these steps:

The consent page puts it in one line: Open Planner for People → Settings → Claude connector → enter this code → Link.

  1. Open Planner for People.
  2. Go to Settings → Claude connector.
  3. Enter this code.
  4. Press Link.

Then go back to the consent page and press “I entered the code”. The code expires in 10 minutes. If it runs out, start again for a fresh code.

One account on all your devices

Sign in with Apple in the app so all your devices share one account. It is optional but recommended. The app asks Apple for no name and no email.

Permissions

The connector offers three permission tiers.

TierWhat it allows
ReadLook at everything: today, the week, projects, tasks, check-ins, meals and settings.
ProposeOffer day-plan options that you pick from.
WriteChange projects, tasks, plans, check-ins, the inbox, meals and groceries.

Calendar (busy time and writing plan blocks to the app’s calendar) is available only through the Mac app’s local hub, not through the cloud connector.

Tools

As of 2026-10-23 the connector offers 37 tools. They cover these areas:

The full table will be on the connector’s docs page. That page is being added.

Example prompts

What the connector stores

While the app’s “Claude connector” switch is on, the connector keeps a copy of the planner records your app sends so it can answer your assistant. Turning the switch off ends your assistant’s access at once; the stored copy stays so that turning it back on works. Your conversation with the assistant is never stored. The privacy policy has the full details, including how to ask for your records to be deleted.

Troubleshooting
